The Ultimate Program

 
 

Creating and building the life of your dreams takes more than just positive thinking, it takes action!  The Ultimate Program earns its namesake by incorporate the three main fields of Personal Development / Self Empowerment into one comprehensive step by step program. 

It's been said that embarking on the path of Personal Development is the same as embarking towards becoming fit, you have to exercise over and over, diligently and with determination to create lasting improvements.  In this way, what first took effort, later becomes habit, getting easier and easier as you go along.

The Ultimate Program is designed to cycle through the main areas of a complete life.  30 minutes a day, 7 days a week for a full year, you'll be given new tools, and the exercises to put those tools into use.  Then, every two weeks you'll take a self assessments questionnaires, you'll be amazed at how rapid the improvements start stacking up one on top of another!

There are lot's of great programs out there, and we endorse many of them.  The Ultimate Program however has two main advantages over the rest of the field:  1.  It is comprehensive.  Embarking on the Ultimate Program is like taking a complete Financial Management Course, Social and Relationship Course, Physical Fitness Program, and Personal Empowerment workshop all rolled into one.  2nd: It is persistent and sticks with you, just 30 minutes a day, everyday.  This year long approach makes sure your new improved habits stabilize and become part of your daily life, instead of learning new things only to forget them a week later.

Here's how the program works:

       It's the dailyness where the program finds its true strength. The program functions on a SEVEN DAY cycle that looks like this:

Day 1:  Self Confidence / Self Esteem / A look ahead

Day 2:  Financial Knowledge's / Lessons in Finance

Day 3:  Physical Health and Well Being

Day 4:  Relationships / Communication / Love

Day 5:  Financial  or Health Exercises

Day 6: Relationships / Communication / Love Activities

Day 7: Stories of Great People

This seven day cycle repeats a full 49 times in the full program, making sure that you head step by step towards a full and rewarding life in every aspect of life.

How Do I get Started?:

The Ultimate Program has been in development for ten years now.  Leaders in the world of fitness, health, and relationships have been consulted countless times in the development of the system.  It is a massive amount of information and exercises, amounting to a book almost 4000 pages long!  The Ultimate Program is virtually the encyclopedia of self help!

In releasing the program to the world we've encountered a few hurdles, the largest of which is Daniel himself who wants more research before he releases the program on a large scale.  Currently, the program is undergoing it's final revisions, and we'll be releasing articles here one at a time.

So far now, just keep familiarizing yourself with the concepts and lessons in the Full Spirit website.  The Full Spirit website is the online version of the course, and there's tons to do here until the course premiers wide scale.

How will the Ultimate Program Cost:

       We'd love to give the program away the same way we give away the Full Spirit version. However, we can't afford to.  The downloads and website usage costs us money in a measure called bandwidth.  Every time you download a file at Full Spirt, it costs us money, fortunately your donations are enough to keep us open.  Unfortunately, the files in the Ultimate Program are all 30 minutes long or longer and cost us too much to give away.
